"How did I miss finding THIS village in the game?"
That's how powerful this track was to me. Made me feel like I skipped an awesome part of the original Zelda game. And when you have the ability to do THAT to a gamer's mine, my friend, that means now you're playing with POWER

Perfect title for this track. I noticed some elements that seemed to honor the 16-bit RPG era (don't know if you were going for that, but that's what flashed first across my mind). It seems so distant and partially gloomy with drops of hope and promise of brighter days. You're a genius, if that was your true intention.
Author's Response:
You've intepreted well; the way you've described the feel of this song is perfect, especially 'drops of hope'. I'm glad you like it. I'm also glad you like the title too; when I first named it, it took me ages to get the right words to describe the theme in my head.
Oh, and the 16-bit thing: I didn't intend it to be like that, but i can kinda see what you mean. Sometimes cool things happen by coincidence :D
Thanks for the awesome score!

I can see that getting stuck in someone's head if they're repeating a difficult video game level

The melody is as hypnotizing as 'Roygbiv' by Boards of Canada and the voice seemed intentional, if you read the lyrics. But, sometimes genius goes over some heads b/c anyone complaining really isn't getting the mssage inside the track. Did I mention you were a genius, by the way?
Author's Response:
So you get it? lol The vocals aren't suppose to be so powerful. It's suppose to be soft and lovely :). Thanks for reviewing! :D

It gives me hope enough to play the fan-translated Mother 3 on my PC again. I got to a frustrating part and walked away, but any die-hard would be happy to know a EB track steered me back to awesomeness. The DJ is a genius!

I so expected a presidential caption at the end saying, "My name is Afrojonez and I approve this message."
BTW, anyone ever compare yoou to a younger version of Midaz the Beast?
Author's Response:
Never heard of Midaz. I've been compared to Nas, Raekwon, and Ghostface so far. I'll have to check that nig out.

"Are you sure you wanna label it techno?"
I mean, I felt techno in there. But I also felt alot of ambient and trance in there. But, oh, don't get me wrong. This is a PHOENOMENAL track. My comment is really compliemting you by saying it's so much moe than the parameters of simply techno.

Author's Response:
I moved it to house, but I'm not expert on electronic genres; I was just making music. Thanks for the review though

"Don't tell my other favorite audio arists but..."
You have the most MP3s on my iPod. Your tracks really make cross-city public transit a more artistic mind-warp than most. Maybe one day you'll really figure out what kind of an impact you make with the healing qualities of your music arrangements.

There's no sense of Bomberman or Megaman. Ironically, M5000, it sounds a little like it could be a old Sonic the Hedgehog level (close your eyes, and add sonic sound effects of rings, checkpoints and enemies...)

The intro is like a pre-meditation in holistic yet religious state of mind. Then, release into the peaceful funk of heavenly trip-hop (like sexy angels in platform shoes, picking out majestic afros in the midday sun... or something like that).
I am almost at tears, thinking about the deciphering of that track.
